EVENT RENTALS AT THE AcA The Acadiana Center for the Arts is the perfect location for corporate events, company picnics, weddings, receptions, film viewings, book readings, anniversary events and holiday parties.
The AcA offers several one-of-a-kind spaces for your private gatherings.

RECEPTION AND MEETING FACILITIES Rental Fees & Space Capacities: The facilities of the AcA are host to a variety of functions each year including corporate meetings, dinners, wedding receptions, theater performances and film screenings. Organizations that wish to host Non-Profit events at the AcA, please call the Facility Manager for non-profit discounts.
Main Gallery (approx. 5,000 sq ft) $2,000 Includes use of first-floor lobby area, hallways and reception desk. AcA GENERAL INFORMATION Scheduling & Contracts: The AcA will require you to sign a contract and pay a 25% deposit for your event. Please contact the Facility Manager directly to start planning your event at the AcA 337.233.7060.
Parking: Private parking is very limited at the AcA. There is a parking tower located one block east on Vermilion Street.
Set-Up, Decorations and Deliveries: The Facility Manager must approve all plans in these areas in advance. We ask that you request a walk-through with us as you begin to plan the décor of your event. We will try to accommodate your needs to the best of our ability.
Smoking: The AcA is a smoke-free facility.
Equipment Rentals: Please consider an Event Rental Company to assist you with your plans. Contact the Facility Manager for a list of Preferred Vendors.
